Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@laumieregourmet.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review your request and, if applicable, arrange a replacement. A credit may be issued only in cases of product unavailability.

Wrong Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing your order. No return or refund will be applicable if an item is undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
