SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed the next business day. If processing time is delayed, the original shipping option chosen at checkout will be honored with a complimentary expedited shipment.

Can I ship to more than one address?

Yes, you can provide multiple addresses but the orders will have to be separate. Furthermore, each order can have an individual message.

What shipping options does Laumière Gourmet Fruits offer?

We offer overnight, 2 days and 5 - 7 business days shipping across USA. For other countries, options may way.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across USA on orders above 30$.

Does Laumière Gourmet Fruits offer overnight or 2 days shipping?

Yes, we do. Cut off time to place the order is 2 PM PT. Any orders placed after 2 PM PT will be shipped the next working day.

Can Laumière Gourmet Fruits hold my order for a future date?

Yes, we can hold your order for future delivery date. While selecting your product, please select "Schedule Future Date" and enter your desired date. We will then calculate the date your order has to be shipped for it to be received by the date and ship out accordingly.

What shipping carriers does Laumière Gourmet Fruits use?

We use FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Will there be any tax applied?

Food products have no tax applicability.

What areas do you ship to?

We ship globally.

If I have a rerouted/forwarded address, what is the guarantee of delivery offered?

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our collections, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order based on your request. We will not be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier).

What if an order is undeliverable and returned to sender?

Laumière Gourmet Fruits is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

An incorrect or outdated address is entered at checkout
The recipient is out of town or not available
Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier. No refunds will be issued.

What if I have paid extra for shipping, but the carrier delayed the order?

Transit times at the checkout are good estimates, but not guaranteed. We rely on carriers for our deliveries and unfortunately, they are all experiencing difficulties since the pandemic due to the high volumes. Most of our orders are still delivered within the communicated transit times. But we can't issue refunds or replacements for reasonable delays by the carriers due to the season, weather, or other external factors. If you would like a refund on the other, the order will have to be sent back to us.

ORDERS

Will I receive an order confirmation?

An order receipt will be sent immediately to your email address after placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, order total within two hours of placing your order. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and arrival dates are correct. Any change is possible only before we ship the order.

Can Laumière Gourmet Fruits do custom boxes?

We do not do customized boxes. However, you can have a complimentary greeting card with customized message on each order.

Where can I add a gift message?

Gift messages can be added to an order on the check out page. You can only add one gift message to each order

Does Laumière Gourmet Fruits send samples?

We do not send samples.

Can I order a corporate gift far in advance to arrive on a particular day?

Yes, you can. Advance quantitative planning for bulk orders is recommended to ensure timely delivery.

What if I am dissatisfied with my order?

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If your order has an issue upon arrival, please contact Customer Service within (30) days of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange.

What is Laumière Gourmet Fruits’ Returns Policy?

Buy with 100% confidence Free Returns, No Questions Asked. We understand it's not easy to try a new product for the first time. For that reason, our refund policy is really simple. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product with a 100% refund, even if the product has been opened. You have a whole month to do so. No questions asked. We would love to have your feedback on why you were not satisfied and help us improve what we do. Once we receive your item, we will process it and notify you regarding your refund within one working day. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

PRODUCT USAGE

How long will the products keep their fresh taste?

All boxes come in a sealed condition with nitrogen flushing to avoid any food related issues. The product is assured to stay fine at ambient temperature for up to six months in the sealed form. Once opened, we recommend consuming the products in 2 weeks.

Can I store the products for more than 2 weeks? How do I store it?

Once opened, it is recommended to consume the contents within two weeks and store in a refrigerator.

Can the products be served cold?

Yes, the products can be served cold.

Do the products contain nuts?

Yes, the products contain tree nuts.

Do the products contain gluten?

No, none of the the products contain gluten.

Do the products contain lactose?

No, none of the the products contain lactose.

Do the products contain refined sugar?

No, none of the the products contain refined sugar. The Superfood Parfait collection contains no added sugar.

Are the products vegetarian-friendly?

Yes, all collections are vegetarian-friendly.

Are the products vegan-friendly?

Yes, all collections are vegan-friendly.

Are the products pescatarian-friendly?

Yes, all collections are pescatarian-friendly.

Yes, you can. Shipment will be sent via USPS.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may use that number to track your order on the USPS or Fedex website based on your shipping preference.

What if I am not satisfied with my product?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please call us at 661-218-9768 or email us at customerservice@laumieregourmet.com if you are not satisfied for any reason and we will do our best to assist you.

Does the recipient need to sign for the package?

No, USPS may leave the gift without signature confirmation. To be sure that the gift is delivered promptly, it is best to have the gift sent to an address that will have someone available to sign when USPS is likely to deliver.

We ship all orders from Bakersfield, California.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is typically charged at the time that you place your order. A confirmation email is only sent is the credit card is valid.

What is the nutritional information for items from Laumière Gourmet Fruits?

FDA exempts qualified facilities such as ours for nutritional info label requirement.

What if the products are damaged?

We will replace them at no extra charge.

How fresh are the products?

We personally select the freshest ingredients from our suppliers. In addition, our fruits are stored in a temperate controlled environment to ensure they remain fresh. Therefore, you can be assured that the products delivered to you are of the finest quality and are made recently.
