Orders are shipped the next business day. If processing time is delayed, the original shipping option chosen at checkout will be honored with a complimentary expedited shipment.

Yes, you can provide multiple addresses but the orders will have to be separate. Furthermore, each order can have an individual message.

We offer overnight, 2 days and 5 - 7 business days shipping across USA. For other countries, options may way.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across USA on orders above 30$.

Yes, we do. Cut off time to place the order is 2 PM PT with a 1 - 2 Business Days shipping option. Any orders placed after 2 PM PT will be shipped the next working day.

Yes, we can hold your order for future delivery date. While selecting your product, please select "Schedule Future Date" and enter your desired date. We will then calculate the date your order has to be shipped for it to be received by the date and ship out accordingly.

We use FedEx, UPS and USPS.

No taxes will be applied for orders to USA.

We ship globally.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our collections, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order based on your request. We will not be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier).

Laumière Gourmet Fruits is not responsible for failed deliveries when: An incorrect or outdated address is entered at checkout The recipient is out of town or not available Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier. No refunds will be issued.

Transit times at the checkout are good estimates, but not guaranteed. We rely on carriers for our deliveries and unfortunately, they are all experiencing difficulties since the pandemic due to the high volumes. Most of our orders are still delivered within the communicated transit times. But we can't issue refunds or replacements for reasonable delays by the carriers due to the season, weather, or other external factors. If you would like a refund on the other, the order will have to be sent back to us.

RETURN POLICY

Buy with 100% confidence Free Returns, No Questions Asked. We understand it's not easy to try a new product for the first time. For that reason, our refund policy is really simple. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product with a 100% refund, even if the product has been opened. You have a whole month to do so. No questions asked. We would love to have your feedback on why you were not satisfied and help us improve what we do. Once we receive your item, we will process it and notify you regarding your refund within one working day. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

ORDERS

You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, order total within two hours of placing your order. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and arrival dates are correct. Any change is possible only before we ship the order.

We do not do customized boxes. However, you can have a complimentary greeting card with customized message on each order.

Gift messages can be added to an order on the check out page. You can only add one gift message to each order

We do not send samples.

Yes, you can. Advance quantitative planning for bulk orders is recommended to ensure timely delivery.

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If your order has an issue upon arrival, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt, with a detailed description and photographs evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange.

PRODUCT USAGE

All boxes come in a sealed condition with nitrogen flushing. The product is assured to stay fine at ambient temperature for up to six months from production in sealed form. Once opened, we recommend consuming the products in 2 weeks.

Once opened, it is recommended to consume the contents within two weeks and store in a refrigerator.

No, USPS may leave the gift without signature confirmation. To be sure that the gift is delivered promptly, it is best to have the gift sent to an address that will have someone available to sign when USPS is likely to deliver.
