SHIPPING

We ship our orders on all business days. All shipments will be fulfilled the next business day. We offer three options for shipping your order: 5 - 7 business days shipping, 2 business days shipping and overnight shipping.

Yes, you can provide multiple addresses but the orders will have to be separate. Furthermore, each order can have an individual hand written message message.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across USA on a minimum order value of 30$.

Yes, we do. Cut off time is 2 pm PT. Please give us a call before placing the order.

Yes, we can hold your order for future delivery date. While selecting your product, please select "Schedule Future Date" and enter your desired date. We will then calculate the date your order has to be shipped for it to be received by the date and ship out accordingly.

We use FedEx and USPS.

Food products have no tax applicability.

We ship globally.

ORDERS

An order receipt will be sent immediately to your email address after placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, order total within two hours of placing your order. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and arrival dates are correct. Any change is possible only before we ship the order.

We do not do customised boxes. However, you can have a complimentary greeting card with customised message on each order.

We do not send samples.

Yes, we can. Advance quantitative planning for bulk orders is recommended to ensure timely delivery.

 

RETURN POLICY


Buy with 100% confidence Free Returns, No Questions Asked. We understand it's not easy to try a new product for the first time. For that reason, our refund policy is really simple. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product with a 100% refund, even if the product has been opened. You have a whole month to do so. No questions asked. We would love to have your feedback on why you were not satisfied and help us improve what we do. Once we receive your item, we will process it and notify you regarding your refund within one working day. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

PRODUCT USAGE

All boxes come in a sealed condition with nitrogen flushing to avoid any food related issues. The product is assured to stay fine at ambient temperature for up to six months in the sealed form. Once opened, we recommend consuming the products in 2 weeks.

Once opened, it is recommended to consume the contents within two weeks and store in a refrigerator.

Yes, the products can be served cold.

Yes, the products contain tree nuts.

No, none of the the products contain gluten.

No, none of the the products contain lactose.

No, none of the the products contain refined sugar. The Superfood Parfait collection contains no added sugar.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may use that number to track your order on the USPS or Fedex website based on your shipping preference.

No, USPS may leave the gift without signature confirmation. To be sure that the gift is delivered promptly, it is best to have the gift sent to an address that will have someone available to sign when USPS is likely to deliver.

We ship all orders from Bakersfield, California.

Your credit card is typically charged at the time that you place your order. A confirmation email is only sent is the credit card is valid.

FDA exempts qualified facilities such as ours for nutritional info label requirement.

We will replace them at no extra charge.
