SHIPPING

We offer three options for shipping your order: Standard Shipping, 2 days and overnight. “Exact date” shipping is also available. We guarantee arrival on the date selected. Shipments with this method will be delivered using 2nd Day or Next Day service for weekdays, and Saturday Next Day Service for Saturday deliveries. Our daily order cut-off is 2 PM PST/5 PM EST. Standard Shipping will arrive within 5-7 business days, during the week selected at checkout. 2nd Day - If you place your order before 2 PM PST on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, your order will ship the same day that it is received to arrive within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be next business day. Next-Day - If you place your order before 2 pm PST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, your order will be shipped the same day for arrival of the next business day. Orders placed after 2 pm PST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2 pm PST on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday

Yes, you can provide multiple addresses and it will be served. Furthermore, each order can have an individual message. This is very helpful for bulk or corporate gifting.

Yes, we do. Cut off time is 2 pm PST.

Yes, we can hold your order for future delivery date. During Checkout, after you select the method of shipping, you may choose the "Future Week Ending" option, and specify a future arrival date.

We use FedEx for overnight and 2 days shipping and USPS for regular shipping.

Food products have no tax applicability.

ORDERS

An order receipt will be sent immediately to your email address after placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, order total, and optional gift message within two hours of placing your order. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and arrival dates are correct. Any change is possible before we ship the order.

We do not do customised boxes. However you can have complimentary greeting card with customised massage.

We do not send samples.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product with a 100% refund, even if the product has been opened. You have a whole month to do so. No question asked. We would love to have your feedback on why you were not unsatisfied and help us improve what we do. Refunds Once we receive your item,we will process it and notify you regarding your refund within one working day. You will receive the credit within a certain days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

PRODUCT USAGE

Product comes to you in sealed condition with nitrogen flushing to avoid any food related issues. Product is assured to stay fine at ambient temperature for up to six months in the sealed form.

Once open it is recommended to consume it within two weeks and store in refrigerator.
